Introducing two distinct yet harmonious narratives, the design proposal for the Tujuh Show Units at Kwasa Damansara presents “Playful Artistic Modernism” for Type C and “Cozy Focused Memories” for Type D. The spatial narrative for Type C draws heavy inspiration from the Bauhaus movement, blending artistic flair with modern functionality through bold geometric forms and a playful palette.

In contrast, Type D emphasizes a “Cozy Collection” philosophy, prioritizing warmth and the curated display of personal memories. While Type C creates a dynamic, gallery-like environment for avant-garde expression, Type D focuses on intimate layouts, comfortable textures, and strategic zones for cherished belongings. Both designs maintain a sophisticated, contemporary edge while catering to different lifestyle priorities—one celebrating creative energy and the other honouring the grounded comfort of home. Together, they offer a diverse vision of modern living that is both stylish and deeply personal.
