TAYLOR'S UNIVERSITY SABD
Creating a high-energy laboratory for creative exchange, the design for the Taylor’s University School of Architecture co-working space centres on the principle of “Industrial Transparency.” The spatial narrative is driven by an honest, raw aesthetic that exposes structural elements, utilizing a vibrant palette of forest green, bold red, and signature yellow conduits to define the environment.
A defining feature is the “Collaboration Arena,” a multi-tiered amphitheatre that orchestrates a seamless rhythm between formal presentations and casual brainstorming sessions. This fluid layout is complemented by specialized zones, including glass-fronted discussion rooms and a “green” breakout area featuring artificial turf and geometric acoustic panels. By harmonizing these industrial textures with modular workstations and expansive windows, the project transforms the studio into a sophisticated urban sanctuary. The result is a light-filled destination that authentically resonates with the next generation of architectural thinkers, fostering a culture of innovation and shared discovery.
