Acting as a catalyst for socio-spatial connectivity, the design for the Seri Wangsa residential common areas, titled “In-Sync,” transforms shared environments into a vibrant “Lively Oasis.” The spatial narrative is deeply inspired by the surrounding greenery and rolling hills of Wangsa Maju, focusing on promoting health and community values for a diverse demographic of young families and urban professionals.

The interior design manifests this vision through a material palette that complements the local landscape, creating a grounded and restorative living environment. Spatial planning is intentionally orchestrated to foster natural interaction across various zones—from the main lobby to the typical lift lobbies—elevating everyday transition spaces into refined architectural experiences. By harmonizing natural elements with the functional needs of modern dwellers, the project ensures that these shared spaces support both individual well-being and a synchronized collective social life.
